Newton Harbour View
Shau Kei Wan

The designer separated the old open kitchen into a living room and a dining room. The colour combination is stylish: Italian grey art brick was selected, with olive green as the primary colour, and light grey walls. The TV feature wall uses a silver-white feature wall covering to make the whole feeling run through the corridor and the room. The open kitchen connects the dining room to create a set of full-height olive green lockers with card seats, making the whole space spacious and regular.

The master bedroom has a custom-made fabric platform bed, which utilises the advantages of the high floor to increase the storage space. The wardrobe is also open and lined with grey roller blinds, giving people a feeling of not being oppressive. The checked fabric fireproof rubber sheet brings freshness compared to the traditional wood grain rubber sheet. The other bedroom has a wardrobe and bedside table with pink latex paint, giving people a harmonious and comfortable feeling. Because there are elderly people in the house, the designer carefully built a stool for the owner in the shower position of the bathroom, which is convenient for the elderly to take a bath. The brick made a secret door to hide the water heater, bringing out a more stylish feeling.
